Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Fernandez in the 6th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raffael Quiroga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Fernandez came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita came free and shot a quick shot against goal 17 minutes in the game, fortunately Raffael Quiroga had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 18th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Rolândia Esporte Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Fernandez in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Zeca Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raffael Quiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raffael Quiroga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Raffael Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Fernandez got free with Julio Vera in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, André Sörman made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Julio Vera was a little too slow when André Sörman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-3. Rolândia Esporte Clube's André Sörman got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolândia Esporte Clube's Raffael Quiroga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Rolândia Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Raffael Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match Rolândia Esporte Clube got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rolândia Esporte Clube were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ecuador's much stronger midfield.
