Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zeca Fernandez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeca Fernandez in the 6th minute. Rolândia Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rasmus Björn in the 7th minute. Rolândia Esporte Clube's Rasmus Björn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Raffael Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 9th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Raffael Quiroga. Rolândia Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raffael Quiroga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Rolândia Esporte Clube's Totte Spursø ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Totte Spursø in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Totte Spursø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Rolândia Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Raffael Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeca Fernandez in the 30th minute. After 36 minutes of play, Rolândia Esporte Clube's Totte Spursø made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Zeca Fernandez notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-3 at half-time.

Rolândia Esporte Clube's Enio Duarte was substituted for Sidnei Meira. Rolândia Esporte Clube's Berend Staarman was substituted for Gugu das Neves. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Totte Spursø, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raffael Quiroga. That made the score 4-4 in the 58 minute of play. Raffael Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of play. Raffael Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Enio Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iñigo Sarrate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Raffael Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Luca Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raffael Quiroga. That made the score 4-5 in the 87 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Sörman during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. André Sörman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Iñigo Sarrate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
