Boguslaw Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 10th minute of play. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boguslaw Karanowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Karanowski having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Juliusz Solak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boguslaw Karanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Miralles made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Expendables's Boguslaw Karanowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Wincent Rywin hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Expendables's goalkeeper Boguslaw Karanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boguslaw Karanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Boguslaw Karanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Miralles in the 33rd minute of the match. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Karanowski having to interfere. Boguslaw Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Zacharzewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Boguslaw Karanowski in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boguslaw Karanowski. Boguslaw Karanowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Boguslaw Karanowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Sarmiento went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Boguslaw Karanowski made a huge save. Juliusz Solak's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juliusz Solak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Juliusz Solak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Expendables fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
