Mateo Tartalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mateo Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Panama's Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Tartalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Roman Bernad fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Correla q va en Chancleta's protests and gave Roman Bernad a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Correla q va en Chancleta getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Roman Bernad hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-0 in the right cross in the 31st match minute before Mateo Tartalo had time to react. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Miralles got free with Mateo Tartalo in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Tartalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Tartalo, 3-0. The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Matias Jon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Correla q va en Chancleta and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the game's 54th minute Panama's Abraham Alguacil took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Mateo Tartalo and thus the score was 5-0. Mateo Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Correla q va en Chancleta's Ladislao Uxio got a free kick in the 57th minute. Mateo Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cambeiro came free, but Mateo Tartalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Tartalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mateo Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Correla q va en Chancleta's Mateo Tartalo. Mateo Tartalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mateo Tartalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Jeronimo Lizar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Jeronimo Lizar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Uxio charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Uxio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Correla q va en Chancleta got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Uxio. There was no doubt that Panama were the better team. Panama's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
