Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tiago Moraes's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiago Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. Tiago Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bandelocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Sobis's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Sobis helped the player get up and apologised. Ecuador's Max Alvarado was substituted for Juan Sebastián Puig. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bandelocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Sobis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 11th minute of play. Nilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Claudinei Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes Bandelocos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 25 minutes into the game, one of Bandelocos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 27 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's Luiz Guilherme Varela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of the match. Luiz Guilherme Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilson do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Luís Gustavo Urbano got a free kick in the 42nd minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Sobis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Billy Dowdall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Bandelocos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilson do Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Billy Dowdall kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Daniel Brasil's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Brasil helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bandelocos getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Daniel Brasil hit a great ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 76th minute of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Nilson do Vale managed to make a qualified save. Bandelocos's players were relieved. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita came free and shot a quick shot against goal 79 minutes in the game, fortunately Nilson do Vale had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Nilson do Vale made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Luiz Guilherme Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Luiz Guilherme Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
