Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonardo Peru kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Peru in the 3rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Leonardo Peru sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Peru got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Uruguay booed when ALAMBRE de PÚAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Bide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Nicolas Perutxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Bide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Laffitte succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 22nd playminute. The supporters of ALAMBRE de PÚAS booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Beldad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Leonardo Peru got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Leonardo Peru could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Joaquin Gayoso however easily saved by the left post. ALAMBRE de PÚAS were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonardo Peru took the corner. In the last second Joaquin Gayoso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nicolas Perutxo in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 39 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. If Alberto Laffitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 45 in the game by Leonardo Peru from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Peru in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, ALAMBRE de PÚAS's goalkeeper Fausto Bide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. 58 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Fausto Bide. With a little luck, ALAMBRE de PÚAS's Fausto Bide got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Iyan charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Iyan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Uruguay's Fernando Zorita was substituted for Jaime Cazalla. In the 81st match minute, ALAMBRE de PÚAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Iyan to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes, ALAMBRE de PÚAS's Edelmiro Gilesindo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ALAMBRE de PÚAS reached it. After 87 played minutes ALAMBRE de PÚAS got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Gilesindo. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Bide. Fernando Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fausto Bide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Fausto Bide skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
