Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Benino in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Abelardo Berenguer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Severino Benino took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Lucas Suárez hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Severino Benino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Severino Benino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Abelardo Berenguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Severino Benino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Benino to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Severino Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Cristian Sancho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abelardo Berenguer firmly grabbed it by the left post. Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Alvaro Izotz was substituted for Damian Sylvester. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Abelardo Berenguer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Atlético y Tiro Rqta from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Berenguer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Berenguer having to interfere. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Abelardo Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 84th match minute, Atlético y Tiro Rqta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juli Álvarez to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Abelardo Berenguer got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Benino in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Benino in the 93rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Atlético y Tiro Rqta were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
