Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesus Llope. Jesus Llope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, one of Mexico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lionel Messi walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Jesus Llope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lionel Messi scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Dubardo came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Llope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 22nd minute of play. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Llope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Macos Graciani got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Lionel Messi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafal Jaroszewicz hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Rafal Jaroszewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Abaurre was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jesus Llope was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Justino Abaurre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Llope having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jesus Llope was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 76 minutes, Luis Avellaneda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BARRILETE COSMICO and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BARRILETE COSMICO getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Luis Avellaneda hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Joel Gaona sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesus Llope skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute Eloy Dubardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, BARRILETE COSMICO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Servando to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Najman in the 95th minute of the match. Mexico played a much better game than BARRILETE COSMICO and deserved their victory. The BARRILETE COSMICO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
