Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. Teobald Karanewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Constantin Bot in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Karanewski came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Luz Tejedor. Peru's Joaquin Prats quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Constantin Bot, made in the 13th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Cazimir Feteanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Ghioncu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Roque Arixo. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stefan Dobay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Călin Ghioncu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milagros Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Karanewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Călin Ghioncu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 45th minute of play. Constantin Bot made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Roque Arixo however managed to control. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cazimir Feteanu made a kick off. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Teobald Karanewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Leontin Ţurcaş got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66thth minute of the game Cazimir Feteanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Cazimir Feteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathians from getting a goal against them. In the 74thth minute of the game Stefan Dobay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Teobald Karanewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Călin Ghioncu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Cazimir Feteanu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Carpathians's Rodrigo Marinho was substituted for Teobald Karanewski. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Constantin Bot in the 89 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercan Sabahaddin in the 92nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Marinho in the 93rd minute of play. When Constantin Bot fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpathians's protests and gave Constantin Bot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Carpathians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Bot to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carpathians.
