Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) A sloppy throw-in by Enrique Mitxaut in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Raymond Louis. After a rather tough play, DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA's Conrado Delfino got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 31st match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match Americo Boniel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noel Seide skillfully saved the ball. In the 34th minute, Saint Jean Pierre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Generoso Goren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 43 minutes, Jonathan Alphonse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Alphonse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Bikendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Alphonse to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Americo Boniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Boniel hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA's Urbano Kusko quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Dorval, made in the 68th minute of the game. Mano Dios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. In the 71st minute of the game Enrique Mitxaut made a throw-in which Mano Dios played forward. Felix Dorval charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Dorval the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Dorval hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Emilio Bikendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philippe Ambroise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Americo Boniel made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Haiti's Jean Marie Alcius. In the 80th minute, Jean Marie Alcius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Mano Dios notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. Noel Seide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Urbano Kusko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 93 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jean Claude Ulysse. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Boniel in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
