The supporters of ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 宋康南 in the 5th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 巩建皓 to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but 俞森朗 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but 俞森朗 made a huge save. Eliseo Noboa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 俞森朗 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 俞森朗. Eliseo Noboa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 曾景青 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 郭笑钢 went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郭笑钢, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 柯默耀 got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 俞森朗 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 85th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 1-4 when 宋康南 sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. An unexpectedly hard shot by 郭笑钢 in the 95th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute of the game, 曾景青 landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field.
