The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Abilio during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tirant lo Blanch booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Abilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute of the match Iván Arraz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roberto Eztebe skillfully saved the ball. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Barciniak in the 10th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Tirant lo Blanch's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Guido Txindoki fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When AFC FUSION's Lino Rios in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomil Barciniak in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Eztebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Raymundo came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamal Pahlevi having to make a save. Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Radomil Barciniak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Roberto Eztebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Leonard Treppa made the kick off in the second half. Jonatan Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AFC FUSION's Wojciech Fiszer was substituted for Mario Sesuldo. 67 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Raymundo came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Radomil Barciniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
