Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Worst Team Ever's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. 11 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Norberg. Worst Team Ever's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Alguacil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. Felipe Ros hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Evert Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Eguerdi in the 37th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Evert Norberg in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Panama booed when Worst Team Ever was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Eguerdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Worst Team Ever getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Kalle Berg hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evert Norberg skillfully saved the ball. Panama played a much better game than Worst Team Ever and deserved their victory. The Worst Team Ever players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
