With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remzi İçten saved Rebentala FC from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Barbosa in the 10th minute of the match. Remzi İçten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Daniel Laffitte charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Laffitte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Daniel Laffitte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. From close distance Kléber Barbosa pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 16 minutes into the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Barbosa in the 20th minute of play. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a Rebentala FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Rebentala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Furman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remzi İçten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Kléber Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remzi İçten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kléber Barbosa's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Kléber Barbosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Kléber Barbosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of play forced Rebentala FC's goalkeeper Remzi İçten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rebentala FC's Remzi İçten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Remzi İçten made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Rebentala FC's Hazım Cilasun got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Rebentala FC's Remzi İçten got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Rebentala FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rebentala FC's Kléber Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remzi İçten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Remzi İçten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Rebentala FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléber Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Remzi İçten in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Barbosa in the 93rd minute of the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emanuel Reno, made in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Rebentala FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
