Kevin Kalfhage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Julio Vera was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Olle Jönsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olle Jönsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Brutal DeLuxe's Kevin Kalfhage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ecuador! 30 minutes into the match, Christian Andreasson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Olle Jönsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olle Jönsson's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Brutal DeLuxe's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kevin Kalfhage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Olle Jönsson's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olle Jönsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Brutal DeLuxe's Olle Jönsson got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevin Kalfhage was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Brutal DeLuxe's Kevin Kalfhage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Brutal DeLuxe from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute of the match Brutal DeLuxe got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Christian Andreasson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Brutal DeLuxe's Christian Andreasson to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Olle Jönsson came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Brutal DeLuxe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olle Jönsson couldn't finish the play. Brutal DeLuxe's Kevin Kalfhage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Brutal DeLuxe from getting a goal against them.
