Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Salvador Hats made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in El Fortín de Floresta's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Orlan came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Desiderio Brais kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Salvador Hats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Salvador Hats kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Salvador Hats left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Fortín de Floresta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 32 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. A collision led to El Fortín de Floresta getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Casimiro Policarpio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, El Fortín de Floresta's Alvino Tinto got a free kick in the 35th minute. Cipriano Aguilera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 40 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Santos Orlan. El Fortín de Floresta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Salvador Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santos Orlan having to make a save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Manex, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Santos Orlan however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Manex, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Brais in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Hats in the 70th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Hats in the 71st minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Santos Orlan made a huge save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
