Song Peng Zhen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of play. Song Peng Zhen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the 【FLY】☆狂飙的金靴 defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Song Peng Zhen. The 【FLY】☆狂飙的金靴 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Song Peng Zhen should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Damaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 吕斌志 who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Song Peng Zhen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. In the 30th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Song Peng Zhen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the match, 李晨坚 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 李晨坚 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 39th minute, Mariusz Damaski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 【FLY】☆狂飙的金靴 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After 43 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Song Peng Zhen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense.

Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
