Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ritchie Stansfield having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Cucao in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ritchie Stansfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Distiratsu got free with Julio Vera in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Feliberto Distiratsu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. Dariusz Szpakowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Blažej Blazejowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Real Ayuntamiento CF's Blažej Blazejowski in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Blažej Blazejowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Blažej Blazejowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ritchie Stansfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 53 minutes, Felix Montenegro made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Ritchie Stansfield tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blažej Blazejowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 played minutes Real Ayuntamiento CF got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Senna. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ritchie Stansfield having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Tomaszewski in the 63rd minute of the match. When Şehzade Mustafa fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Ayuntamiento CF's protests and gave Şehzade Mustafa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Ayuntamiento CF getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Şehzade Mustafa hit a great ball. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Zhuang Sang Liang was substituted for Şehzade Mustafa. In the 66th minute, Şehzade Mustafa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Szpakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blažej Blazejowski's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 83rd minute Dariusz Szpakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Faustino Frichoso was substituted for Blažej Blazejowski. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Ayuntamiento CF's Damazy Tomaszewski. But to his dismay, Damazy Tomaszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
