Gustaw Debowy came out of the goal and Christian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Jean Fernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 43 minutes into the game, IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Rafa Baiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Honduras's Moises Tafalla managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cléber Melo in the 46 minute of the game. A collision led to IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Dudu Britto hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Fernandez in the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Isaltino Esteves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Landa during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Landa to maneuver through the defense. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. to win.
