Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rogério Ceni quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Rogério Ceni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Diamante Negro DK - VV from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Rogério Ceni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Diamante Negro DK - VV were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christian Antonelli took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Jerônimo Salles heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Vinícius Servaes came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Diamante Negro DK - VV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinícius Servaes couldn't finish the play. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinícius Servaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Silva during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rogério Ceni. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Vinícius Servaes hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Vinícius Servaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diamante Negro DK - VV made a substitution. Cipriano Tróia replaced Frederico Pontes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vinícius Servaes in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogério Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Hugo Zonta was substituted for Willian Félix. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Servaes. Ecuador walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
