Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Macías Botello in the 11th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentino Ferrant hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Macías Botello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. If Cortez Ibern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Cortez Ibern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miguir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cortez Ibern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Salvador's Luis Rubio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cesar Artigue, made in the 26th minute of the game. Macías Botello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Macías Botello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macías Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 40 minutes into the game, Luis Rubio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miguir the free kick. Ricardo Zorita was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Macías Botello showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. If Macías Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macías Botello in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Macías Botello was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Miguir's Xofre Rivet got a free kick in the 50th minute. El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Miguir. After 53 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Rubio. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macías Botello in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Macías Botello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Macías Botello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Macías Botello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Miguir booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Macías Botello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Macías Botello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Macías Botello in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. After 71 minutes, Macías Botello made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Sayavedra ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Valentino Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Valentino Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Miguir booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentino Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macías Botello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Macías Botello in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
