Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Edmundo Espiga hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. FC Hellcats's Konstantin Pavelec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Temelko Gopov in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Hellcats booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dušan Jiříček in the 23rd minute of the match. FC Hellcats's Konstantin Pavelec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 27th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Konstantin Pavelec made a huge save. In the 31st minute Svatomír Oborný shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, FC Hellcats's goalkeeper Konstantin Pavelec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Villa. Edmundo Espiga had several of the FC Hellcats's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Konstantin Pavelec as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svatomír Oborný, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Konstantin Pavelec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svatomír Oborný in the 54th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, FC Hellcats's Sebastian Ionășescu made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Pavelec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Konstantin Pavelec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. After 69 played minutes Svatomír Oborný rounded Honduras's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Jiří Hlavica hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Hellcats getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Nikolaj Balon hit a great ball. Nikolaj Balon kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sebastian Ionășescu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svatomír Oborný in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 84th minute of the game was made by Mateo Edwardo with Sebastian Ionășescu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Christian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantin Pavelec saved FC Hellcats from getting behind. In the 87th minute, Jan Spěvák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svatomír Oborný in the 89th minute of play. Jiří Hlavica made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Ionășescu. After some careless play in the FC Hellcats defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantin Pavelec. The FC Hellcats fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantin Pavelec should have stopped the shot.
