The supporters of Panama booed when Floydianos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madeo Benoit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abraham Alguacil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laurín Vicentens. Floydianos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Laurín Vicentens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurín Vicentens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hugo Vivanco scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abel Lavandero scored 2-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Floydianos getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Madeo Benoit hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Berganza. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play.

52 minutes into the game, one of Floydianos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurín Vicentens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Alessandro Urquidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Vivanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Floydianos booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Floydianos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
