In the 5th minute, Anıl Ege Kultigin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serkan Batıhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korhan Özerol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serkan Batıhan in the 24th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Batıkan Sarper managed to get in a good position for a shot. !!!SERDİVAN REVISION CLUP's supporters rose to their feet, but Batıkan Sarper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But to his dismay, Batıkan Sarper quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Serkan Batıhan took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Batıkan Sarper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Batıkan Sarper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batıkan Sarper in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Anıl Ege Kultigin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anıl Ege Kultigin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serkan Batıhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saadettin Korcan got free with Benito Sanz in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Anıl Ege Kultigin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anıl Ege Kultigin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yiğit Mertel got free with Benito Sanz in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yiğit Mertel struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for !!!SERDİVAN REVISION CLUP. When the match was over !!!SERDİVAN REVISION CLUP could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
