A collision led to Aioros FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Wang Qi Chang hit a great ball. In the 8th minute of the match Cassius Byrne sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beat Vid skillfully saved the ball. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Aioros FC's Beat Vid got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Perón came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Axelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 23rd minute of play forced Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA's Monty Rogers got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Mcdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Beat Vid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aivaras Lozoraitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Bento Chandeiro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Day. Cassius Byrne made a great header on USA's corner, it was just that Aioros FC's Beat Vid managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Axelsson in the 46th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Aioros FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bento Chandeiro made the kick off in the second half. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 54th minute of play. When Aioros FC's Bento Chandeiro in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Monty Rogers struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Beat Vid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beat Vid. Beat Vid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 67th minute of play. Marco Day didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Edward Mcdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Beat Vid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beat Vid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Vid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Axelsson got free with Marco Day in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Sam Campbell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Beat Vid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd match minute, Aioros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhuang Guang Bang to maneuver through the defense. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 94th minute of play. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
