The supporters of Venezuela booed when Sadikköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Rıfat Nurdag didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Besim Özarı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Besim Özarı in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Besim Özarı stood somewhat misplaced when Tomas Illescas came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 17 minute. Sadikköy SK's Besim Özarı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 20th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asım-Ekrem Yaman in the 21st minute of play. Ahmet Rıfat Nurdag hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behram Kayraalp in the 28th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Nakoneczny in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Behram Kayraalp came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Nakoneczny in the 35th minute of play. In the 41st minute Dariusz Nakoneczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sadikköy SK fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Sadikköy SK's Behram Kayraalp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 46th match minute, Sadikköy SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asım-Ekrem Yaman to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Sadikköy SK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Kutlay Temizkanoğlu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas scored 2-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Besim Özarı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Asım-Ekrem Yaman tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Behram Kayraalp put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 68 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asım-Ekrem Yaman. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Dariusz Nakoneczny got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-5. If Asım-Ekrem Yaman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Behram Kayraalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gisbert. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Nakoneczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Dariusz Nakoneczny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Dariusz Nakoneczny took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Nakoneczny in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Behram Kayraalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sadikköy SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
