Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gamus in the 5th minute of play. Erasmo Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Gamus, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Eliseo Mina had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Eliseo Mina. In the 17th minute, Patricio Emmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Erasmo Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play. Erasmo Loi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Edelmiro Taurino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. If Eliseo Alcocer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Taurino in the 32nd minute of the match. Peru's attentive Eliseo Alcocer managed to snatch the ball when Eymen Kakisim made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Herbert Henskens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apocalípticos & Caóticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ali Çağrı Şehzat made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Herbert Henskens. After 43 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Prats. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Edelmiro Taurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Manuel Ponciano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Ponciano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Erasmo Loi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 80 minute of play. Erasmo Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Ponciano in the 87th minute of the match. Erasmo Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Apocalípticos & Caóticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Taurino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Peru booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eymen Kakisim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Erasmo Loi, making the score, 2-4. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
