Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Poulton-Le-Fylde's goal looked a bit too open when Rocco Owen came free, but Richard Murunga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Sudha Kitur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sudha Kitur in the 9th minute of the match. Myles Ongao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 12th minute David Ereng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sudha Kitur scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myles Ongao in the 18th minute of play. Richard Murunga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Davies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sudha Kitur in the 20th minute of play. Harvey Doyle's late challenge caught a Poulton-Le-Fylde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harvey Doyle helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Doyle. 25 minutes into the match, Poulton-Le-Fylde's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Richard Murunga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Myles Ongao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Poulton-Le-Fylde were furious when Paul Ongao was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, Richard Murunga, was totally fooled by Curacao's Kyle Davies, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Myles Ongao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Ereng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Myles Ongao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

David Ereng struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulton-Le-Fylde. John Alfie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Myles Ongao scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 1-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, John Alfie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poulton-Le-Fylde's supporters rose to their feet, but John Alfie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the game, John Alfie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. John Alfie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. Myles Ongao struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulton-Le-Fylde. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Alfie in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as David Ereng kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Barrett. That made the score 1-9 in the 74 minute of play. With his leg Bruno Barrett managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Poulton-Le-Fylde's David Ereng fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. John Alfie struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulton-Le-Fylde. John Alfie might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Alfie ran back to his position shaking his head. John Alfie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. After having played for 85 minutes, Emmanuel Kalekye managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poulton-Le-Fylde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmanuel Kalekye was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Ereng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Myles Ongao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samson Ndereba kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Poulton-Le-Fylde's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
