Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dario Hussain took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ruperto Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute of the match. Ruperto Rainerio came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dario Hussain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ruperto Rainerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 24th minute. Ruperto Rainerio came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 29th match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Vidal to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Rainerio made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Ruperto Rainerio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 39 minutes into the match, Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. In the 44th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Ruperto Rainerio in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Mariano Lacasa scored 3-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Rainerio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 54th minute of play forced Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Leon Platense's Klaas Alberts was substituted for Alfonso Kemen. After 61 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Indiano. Ruperto Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 63rd minute of play. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 66th minute. Ruperto Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 68th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruperto Rainerio having to make a save. In the 77thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Hussain in the 83rd minute of play. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Constantino Anaya tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Leon Platense's Dario Hussain in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. Ruperto Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Anaya got free with Thiago Pliego in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chile's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
