Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Jacobo Nores successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 18 minutes into the game, Astrit Melisarov lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jacobo Nores. In the 21st minute of the match, Aurelio Vodanovic tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacobo Nores saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aureliano Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Archibaldo Candamil charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Archibaldo Candamil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Archibaldo Candamil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Vodanovic's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Archibaldo Candamil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almazarrón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Archibaldo Candamil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Nores didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Jacobo Nores successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute, Aurelio Vodanovic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Almazarrón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Aurelio Vodanovic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Aurelio Vodanovic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Vodanovic in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Bellucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 54 minutes into the match, Almazarrón's goalkeeper Franco Bellucci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Covarrubias. After 57 minutes of play, Almazarrón's Astrit Melisarov made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alan Campos hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Almazarrón getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Astrit Melisarov hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Astrit Melisarov notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aureliano Barbosa made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Ivan Prats. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Vodanovic in the 68th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astrit Melisarov's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Astrit Melisarov made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Aurelio Vodanovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. If Archibaldo Candamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Bellucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 80th minute. 7-0 became the score in the 83rd minute when Astrit Melisarov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Astrit Melisarov kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Vodanovic scored 9-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paraguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Almazarrón.
