With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ignacy Andrysiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute. Sebastian Majczyk scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Kielonkowo's Ignacy Andrysiak got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ignacy Andrysiak made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Gustaw Ranowiecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacy Andrysiak. Ignacy Andrysiak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 42 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Majczyk came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
