Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute of the match Chimborazo A.F.C got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernesto Pacifico ran over to the corner to take the kick. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by German Txatxu, made in the 6th minute of the game. Ernesto Pacifico did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. 22 minutes into the match, Napoleon Wolnik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Napoleon Wolnik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 26th match minute, Chimborazo A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Wolnik to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. When Aurelio Bernal fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimborazo A.F.C's protests and gave Aurelio Bernal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aurelio Bernal hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Edmundo Espiga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chimborazo A.F.C's Vladimiro Chuse didn't even have to move. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Wolnik in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, German Txatxu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jacinto Vincent hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Honduras's Luca Espinar got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. German Txatxu made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Napoleon Wolnik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Bizi to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Wolnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Napoleon Wolnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. With a little luck, Chimborazo A.F.C's Vladimiro Chuse got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Vladimiro Chuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Txatxu made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aurelio Bernal. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Napoleon Wolnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Oton came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Tello kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 83 minutes of play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Chuse was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the game, German Txatxu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 88 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Samuel Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chimborazo A.F.C succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Honduras had controlled the match.
