Haritz Trespuentes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Gustafsson. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dušan Vlahović in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Haritz Trespuentes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Nytäppet Fc's Haritz Trespuentes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haritz Trespuentes in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 26th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 29 minutes, Haritz Trespuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nytäppet Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haritz Trespuentes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sture Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Haritz Trespuentes sent off a good shot on target. Peter Gustafsson's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Gustafsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nytäppet Fc getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Peter Gustafsson hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. When Haritz Trespuentes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Nytäppet Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haritz Trespuentes couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Dušan Vlahović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nytäppet Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dušan Vlahović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martin Lindman kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nytäppet Fc's Haritz Trespuentes got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Gustafsson scored 2-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sture Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Sture Abrahamsson made a huge save. In the 90th match minute, Nytäppet Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Lekberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Nytäppet Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dušan Vlahović didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nytäppet Fc fully deserved thier win.
