Kamil Baycan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, BraveHeart Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes BraveHeart Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Sabóia. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diguinho Oliveira having to make a save. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Diguinho Oliveira made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Baycan in the 16th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BraveHeart Warriors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nuno Sabóia in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, BraveHeart Warriors's Eusébio Rodrigues got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 20th match minute, BraveHeart Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wei Fan Li's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diguinho Oliveira having to make a save. With a little luck, BraveHeart Warriors's Diguinho Oliveira got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 39 minutes, Eusébio Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BraveHeart Warriors and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, BraveHeart Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Guillermo Fontirroig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Chile players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BraveHeart Warriors were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kamil Baycan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Kamil Baycan sent off a good shot on target. Diguinho Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, BraveHeart Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Diguinho Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Fontirroig during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guillermo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Diguinho Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Kamil Baycan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute Kamil Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diguinho Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BraveHeart Warriors's Diguinho Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 92nd minute of play. Diguinho Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, BraveHeart Warriors's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thierry Henry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The BraveHeart Warriors supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BraveHeart Warriors would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
