Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kristoffer Dalkvist kicked off to start the match. With his leg Martín Silva managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Martín Silva made a huge save. Martín Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Alcocer in the 11th minute of the match. Marco Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Novorizontino - DMZ's Martín Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 17th minute of play. Carlos Augusto Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauã de Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martín Silva made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Aaron Alcocer sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th play minute Aaron Alcocer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Martín Silva. 1-0. Carlos Augusto Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Novorizontino - DMZ's Marco Ordono managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Ferrant in the 44 minute of the game. In the 48th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Novorizontino - DMZ. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Kauã de Carvalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kauã de Carvalho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After 62 played minutes Novorizontino - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Marco Ordono. In the 63rd minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martín Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Novorizontino - DMZ's Kristoffer Dalkvist. In the 69thth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Novorizontino - DMZ's Martín Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raimundo Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Novorizontino - DMZ's Chiquinho Batista was substituted for Marco Ordono. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 80th minute. Novorizontino - DMZ's attentive Maurício Brasil managed to snatch the ball when Efrain Moruga made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Raimundo Vinhas could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. Raimundo Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Vinhas got free with Benito Sanz in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Efrain Moruga made in the 98th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aaron Alcocer however managed to control. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Novorizontino - DMZ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
