In the 22ndth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Three Lions FC's George Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Buffon having to interfere. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A sloppy throw-in by George Kroos in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Xavier Figueroa. Three Lions FC's George Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Three Lions FC from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. George Buffon made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Buffon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

George Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 51st minute of the match. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Gunnar Ekeroth tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. George Messi charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Messi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 79th match minute, Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito McRae to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, George Mbappè stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and George Mbappè tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but George Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, George Mbappè left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Three Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Chile's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
