Rigoberto Txerran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 11th minute of the match. Rigoberto Txerran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Languiñeo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Rigoberto Txerran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Languiñeo FC's Rigoberto Txerran managed to reach the ball for a save. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Txerran having to make a save. Languiñeo FC's Rigoberto Txerran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Languiñeo FC from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Rigoberto Txerran threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Languiñeo FC's Rigoberto Txerran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Languiñeo FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Rigoberto Txerran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaby Batistuta in the 48th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Totakoxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Languiñeo FC's Rigoberto Txerran. Rigoberto Txerran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rigoberto Txerran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Txerran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rigoberto Txerran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Languiñeo FC's Hugo Ireno quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Macos Graciani, made in the 69th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rigoberto Txerran. Languiñeo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Totakoxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute Enzo Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Languiñeo FC's Bartolo Izel was substituted for Enzo Totakoxe. Languiñeo FC made a substitution. Eliseo Vargas replaced Gaby Batistuta. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Izel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Izel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Txerran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Languiñeo FC made a substitution. Victorio Frasquito replaced Ermegildo Abeita. Mexico walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
