The excitement rose when Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Enio Berger after 29 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Venezuela's goalkeeper to hold. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
