Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niclas Rydberg kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Rosén in the 15th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredrik Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Rosén in the 21st minute of the match. Jonstorp FK's Jan-Ove Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Lars Rosén dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niclas Rydberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Ove Springfält. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan-Ove Springfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Ove Springfält prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Lars Rosén's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jan-Ove Springfält made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Rosén in the 59th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Alex Chicote in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jonstorp FK's Roy Classon. 72 minutes into the match, Jonstorp FK's Augusto Teyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonstorp FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zhu Shu Yang in the 74th minute. The corner ended in Zhu Shu Yang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jem Kura hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Jan-Ove Springfält when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Jonstorp FK's Augusto Teyo got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Jonstorp FK. Augusto Teyo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 3-1. After 92 played minutes Jonstorp FK got a freekick which was hit by Roy Classon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Jan-Ove Springfält in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jonstorp FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
