The referee ignored Milagro Sobre Césped's protests and gave Panos Katsaridas a yellow card for diving instead. Panos Katsaridas kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Romon Oliver ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Oroitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 40th minute of play forced Milagro Sobre Césped's goalkeeper Adolfo Oroitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milagro Sobre Césped's Angel Jurdan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jamaall Padmore, made in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Finlay Stair left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jamaica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Adolfo Oroitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Jamaica's Romon Oliver got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Milagro Sobre Césped's goalkeeper Adolfo Oroitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Finlay Stair could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Adolfo Oroitz made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finlay Stair got free with Adolfo Oroitz in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Javan Develder got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kordal Duff. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romon Oliver in the 92nd minute of play forced Milagro Sobre Césped's goalkeeper Adolfo Oroitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
