Cunumbuqui FBC's Diego Jesco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Sanz in the 83 minute of the game. Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and 俞崇永 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 俞崇永 really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. If 俞崇永 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Cunumbuqui FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Paraguay lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
