The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute López Heredia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. López Heredia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reko Nybacka made an important save on a dangerous shot by López Heredia in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes Catugi FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime França. Reko Nybacka made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when López Heredia sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers López Heredia in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reko Nybacka saved Catugi FC from getting behind. AntraX FDP. were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Catugi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximiliano Vime took the corner. After taking down the ball on AntraX FDP.'s corner Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Reko Nybacka quite easily take care of the ball. The AntraX FDP. fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when AntraX FDP.'s Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of AntraX FDP. booed when Catugi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when López Heredia got free with Reko Nybacka in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jaime França hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game López Heredia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Fabiano Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Trengereid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Catugi FC got a corner. AntraX FDP.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erik Sanches ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Catugi FC's Edson Couto to fire away a dangerous shot which Kjell Trengereid despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 41 minutes AntraX FDP.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erik Sanches who took care of the corner kick. Reko Nybacka made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when López Heredia sent off a good shot on target. Kjell Trengereid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Carlos Alberto Soares made the kick off in the second half. Erick Sandoval hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when AntraX FDP. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xoan Domayca didn't get a good kick on the ball. AntraX FDP.'s Cahya Tomagola was substituted for López Heredia. After having played for 59 minutes, Erik Sanches managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catugi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Sanches was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute Carlos Alberto Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Trengereid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute Catugi FC were awarded a corner. Erik Sanches went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cahya Tomagola in the 67th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Maximiliano Vime almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xoan Domayca during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Xoan Domayca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76thth minute of the game Carlos Alberto Soares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AntraX FDP.'s Kjell Trengereid was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kjell Trengereid had great luck who in the 77thth minute grab hold of the ball when Carlos Alberto Soares from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Reko Nybacka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cahya Tomagola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Cahya Tomagola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Reko Nybacka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cahya Tomagola came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the AntraX FDP. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cahya Tomagola couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Cahya Tomagola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reko Nybacka was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Reko Nybacka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cahya Tomagola went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. AntraX FDP.'s Cahya Tomagola got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AntraX FDP. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Catugi FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
