A collision led to Fc Molina di Quosa getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Dino Colonna hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Edoardo Corna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Edoardo Corna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Edoardo Corna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced Fc Molina di Quosa's goalkeeper Rolf Skarsø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Pavel Lukšík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Rolf Skarsø managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rolf Skarsø made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 60th minute. Fc Molina di Quosa's Rolf Skarsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 62nd minute of play. Fc Molina di Quosa's Rolf Skarsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 82nd minute of play. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Skarsø having to interfere. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Milagros Fraga took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Rolf Skarsø to make any attempt to save it. Rolf Skarsø was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Gallo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 92 minute of play. The Fc Molina di Quosa players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
