Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Clark Holloway got the match started through his kick off. Jarell Hill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chase Erwin having to interfere. In the 4th minute Karlus Waugh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Erwin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Romon Oliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Finlay Stair notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of American Airlines's Chase Erwin. Chase Erwin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chase Erwin made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Esteves in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Karlus Waugh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave American Airlines the free kick. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Jorginho Esteves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute Clark Holloway shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Romon Oliver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clark Holloway, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 39th play minute Jarell Hill came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Chase Erwin. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Finlay Stair in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chase Erwin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Clark Holloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. American Airlines's Jarod Haskins got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finlay Stair to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, American Airlines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Esteves to maneuver through the defense. American Airlines's Chase Erwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clark Holloway got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clark Holloway went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Esteves in the 61st minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clark Holloway in the 62nd minute. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho Esteves in the 65th minute of play. Chase Erwin came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Jamaica's Romon Oliver. But to his dismay, Romon Oliver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of American Airlines:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jamaica:s goal. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by American Airlines's Jorginho Esteves. But to his dismay, Jorginho Esteves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. In the 77th minute, Jamaica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Clark Holloway fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 79th minute, Clark Holloway ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. If Jarod Haskins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Basil Goff put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Finlay Stair's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chase Erwin was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Jamaall Padmore hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. American Airlines's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jamaica had won, even though American Airlines had held more of the ball.
