Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 6th minute of the match. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Hernan Lano. But to his dismay, Hernan Lano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amador Venceslao got free with Marco Day in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrián Espadas in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Adrián Espadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 22nd minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Venceslao in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner. Gustavo Tartalo went to the cornerflag to take it. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 36th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Monty Rogers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Wennerqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Adrián Espadas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marco Day firmly grabbed it by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. With his leg Dan Wennerqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when USA's Cassius Byrne fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Venceslao in the 54th minute of play. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Tartalo in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, USA's Edward Mcdonald got a free kick in the 61st minute. Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula was substituted for Adrián Espadas. In the 63rd minute, Edward Mcdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. Soroca F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 70 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Tartalo in the 75th minute. Cyprien Combaz's late challenge caught a USA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyprien Combaz helped the player get up and apologised. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Cyprien Combaz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Marco Baker struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Dan Wennerqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rodolfo Atarrabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soroca F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Atarrabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 82nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Atarrabi came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rodolfo Atarrabi came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Atarrabi couldn't finish the play. After 93 minutes Soroca F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. 94 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
