Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Roman Reynardo got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Deportivo Gamberro got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Mosen. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Roman Reynardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Gamberro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Reynardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 11 played minutes Deportivo Gamberro got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Henrico. After 17 minutes of play, Deportivo Gamberro's Roman Reynardo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 27th minute of play forced Deportivo Gamberro's goalkeeper Bruno Pascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Kepa got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Laureano Harri. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Lucas Rovan in the 44th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jonathan Ferrant's left hand side. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Manerov came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee showed Alex Chicote the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Deportivo Gamberro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 74th minute. Igor Havier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Venezuela's Jose Correa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ambrosio Kepa, made in the 81st minute of the game. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a Deportivo Gamberro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Perpinya in the 86th minute of play. Roberto Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Niceto Perpinya kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-2 in the 91 minute of play. Deportivo Gamberro's Niceto Perpinya got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 96th minute. Igor Havier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deportivo Gamberro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
