When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Cassius Byrne took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Serafin Cesaro to make any attempt to save it. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Amado Evarado got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 29th minute of play forced ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goalkeeper Serafin Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Manuel Cruz went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Queto Bull hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Tximitx in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Manuel Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafin Cesaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Cesaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cassius Byrne's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Campbell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 79 minutes into the match, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Serafin Cesaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of USA booed when ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ofri Villig didn't get a good kick on the ball. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Ofri Villig hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Sam Campbell put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Serafin Cesaro. When the referee ended the match the USA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
