Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Michel Agüero started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Michel Agüero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jucuitiba's Doriva Figueiredo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Escribano in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doriva Figueiredo saved Jucuitiba from getting behind. The Jucuitiba fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Jucuitiba's Michel Agüero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 17 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Doriva Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Agüero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Agüero had several of the Uruguay's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Joaquin Gayoso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doriva Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Doriva Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Figueiredo having to interfere. A hard shot 42 in the game by Michel Agüero from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doriva Figueiredo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Doriva Figueiredo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Doriva Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximiliano Escribano might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doriva Figueiredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Escribano ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 65 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Doriva Figueiredo managed to make a qualified save. Jucuitiba's players were relieved. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Galvão in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Franco during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Michel Agüero hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Jucuitiba's Doriva Figueiredo got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Doriva Figueiredo, 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
