Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaan Kayaer, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of Denizli United booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Madrid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaan Kayaer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mario Fernandino hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaan Kayaer made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Denizli United got a freekick which was hit by Eralp Çelikel. In the 62nd minute, Ali Nabi Hürsel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Denizli United's Ömer Rıza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Freixa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denizli United's Bahadır Rüşti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Gallo. If Ömer Rıza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Mario Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Eralp Çelikel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaan Kayaer in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julio Chicote during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 85 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Eralp Çelikel came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Denizli United were awarded a corner. Kaan Kayaer went to the cornerflag to take it. Mario Fernandino came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bahadır Rüşti could save by the left post. In the 90th minute, Mario Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Madrid hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Denizli United were the better team. Denizli United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
