The Legio X Eqvestris fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Gustau should have stopped the shot. José Paradela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Teodosio Farias hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Gustau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Navarro. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Navarro came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luis Navarro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Kevin Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ariel Gustau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Emenon in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Colombia's Axel Montenegro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ariel Gustau. Ariel Gustau yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Luis Cazalla hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. After a defensive mix-up in Legio X Eqvestris's zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Gustau came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ariel Gustau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santino Seco in the 81st minute. Raul Garoa made in the 84th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marcelino Kimetz however managed to control. 87 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Roald Ahland came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paradela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Farias. 97 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada.
